EnVie Signature ZONE Group Training

Each signature session incorporates a perfect mix of cardio and strength training into an interactive workout. Set to fun and motivating music these workouts incorporate special lighting and MyZone heart rate monitoring technology to form Group Training sessions unique only to EnVie.
The use of MyZone technology ensures we work in the correct heart rate zones based on OUR personal traits from age, weight, the fact that we are female and our actual heart rate. Plus the MyZone belt reads our heart rate as accurately as an EKG. You cannot get a more complete workout than a EnVie Signature Zone Session.

HIIT

High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. This type of training has been used by athletes to improve performance, but it's also been shown to benefit the average exerciser. HIIT training not only helps your fitness performance, it also improves the ability of the muscles to burn fat. These workouts also incorporate plenty of strength and flexibility.

Circuit

Boot Camp

This popular interval class mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These boot camps are designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our members harder than they'd push themselves training on their own. We want to keep you guessing - and challenge you differently in every class. Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but be prepared for some high intensity training!

Boxing

Left, right, left, block! Boxing is sure to make you feel like a champion prize fighter. This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and marital arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. EnVie Barre

Lengthen, tone, strengthen and burn! EnVie Barre is a series of intense strength training exercises based on a mix of pilates, yoga and tiny high rep movements that are sure to sculpt your body like you have never experienced before. Fitness focused yoga is for a clear mind, strong body and relaxed being. TRX

These incredible TRX bands offer strength, stretching and a varied structure to body-weight focused exercises. However, because TRX is so versatile you will find that some classes incorporate other forms of strength training while keeping the TRX bands the foundation of your workout. Zumba

Ditch the workout and join the party! This fun and easy to follow cardio dance class combines high-energy and motivating Latin music with unique moves and combinations that make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Easy to follow, and something everyone can do - Zumba is the best way to "dance away your worries".

Mat Pilates

Pilates mat classes focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Perfect for a beginning, intermediate, or advanced pace. Students learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. Various props such as flex bands, foam rollers, rings, light weights, and balls are incorporated to enhance and intensify the workout. No previous Pilates experience is necessary to join a mat class.
